Terms of Use

By using Fux you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. The service

Fux lets you generate videos and images with AI, share them, and interact with other users. The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to open an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You may not transfer or sell an account.

3. Content rules

You may not generate, upload or share:

• Sexual content, nudity or obscenity.
• Depictions of violence, torture, self-harm or encouragement of suicide.
• Hate speech targeting people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability.
• Harassment, bullying, threats or doxxing.
• Content depicting a real person without their consent, or showing them saying something they never said (deepfakes).
• Fabricated events or news presented misleadingly as real.
• Illegal activity, drugs, weapons trading or fraud.
• Content infringing someone else's copyright, trademark or personality rights.
• Any child sexual abuse material — such content is removed immediately, the account is permanently closed, and the matter is reported to the authorities.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. You can report content you find inappropriate using the report button in the app, and you can block a user. We review every report we receive and remove content that breaks these rules as quickly as we can, and where warranted we suspend or close the account that posted it.

4. Uploading photos, consent and other people's likeness

A generation in Fux starts from the photo you select as its source. Where a person's likeness is involved, these rules apply:

• You may upload only a photo of yourself, or a photo of a person who has given you permission to use their likeness this way.
• Uploading another person's face, body or voice without their permission, using it in a generation, or sharing the result is prohibited.
• Even where the person in the photo has given permission, generations that place them in a context covered by the prohibited-content list in section 3 remain prohibited.
• You may not upload a photo of anyone under 18.
• You are expected to be able to show, on request, that you had permission. We remove content we find to have been uploaded without it, and we may suspend or close the account.

A generated video is an AI product, not a recording of something that happened. You may not present the result as a genuine recording of the person it depicts, as something they really said, or as something they really did. A person whose likeness has been used without permission can ask for the content to be removed through the report button in the app or at enesaktas.ce@gmail.com.

5. Rights in the content you create

The content you create is yours. To operate the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display in the app and serve over share links. This licence exists only so the service can run; we do not use your content for any other purpose and do not sell it. The licence ends when you delete the content.

6. AI-generated content

Generations are produced by AI models. Results may not reflect reality and may be wrong or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use the content you generate and for its consequences. When you share AI-generated content with others, you are expected to make clear that it is AI-generated.

7. Credits and payments

• Generations consume credits. Your balance is shown inside the app.
• Credits are usable only inside the app; they cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits spent are refunded.
• Credit purchasing may not be offered in every version; if you see no purchase option in the app, credit sales are not open in that version.
• In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and refund requests are subject to the respective store's refund policy.
• If your account is closed for breaking the rules, remaining credits are not refunded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or service interruptions. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Closing an account

You can delete your account yourself at any time: from account settings in the app or on the web client, or by email without installing the app (details). We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

When these terms change, the date on this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
