This notice is given under article 10 of Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), which requires the data controller to inform you about the processing of your personal data at the point it is collected.

Your account details, profile details, the content you generate and upload, the prompts you write, your messages, your interactions, your app preferences, your notification token, your usage records, your support requests and your date of birth.
Even where an image you upload contains a face, no biometric data within the meaning of KVKK art. 6 — a face recognition template or comparable identification data — is derived from it or processed. The image is used only to produce the generation you asked for and to run the automated content safety check.
The complete inventory, and what each item is kept for, is in section 1 of the Privacy Policy. This page does not repeat that list — one list is kept, so the two documents cannot drift apart.
Entirely electronically, by automated and partly automated means, while you use the app and the website: you enter it when you create an account and edit your profile, the app records it as you generate and share content, and Google passes it to us when you sign in with a Google account. Nothing is collected on paper.
Only to the infrastructure providers needed to run the service. Your data is never sold and never shared for advertising. The list of providers, and what each is used for, is in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
Some of those providers are located outside Türkiye, so your data is transferred abroad within the meaning of KVKK article 9. The transfer is necessary to provide the service and is limited to the purposes above.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, posts, messages and media files are deleted; records subject to a statutory retention period are kept for as long as the law requires. Section 6 of the Privacy Policy has the detail.
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose, to know the third parties inside or outside Türkiye it is transferred to, to have incomplete or incorrect data corrected, to request its erasure or destruction, to require that correction and erasure be notified to the third parties it was transferred to, to object to a result reached against you solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation if you suffer loss through unlawful processing.
To exercise these rights, write to enesaktas.ce@gmail.com. Your request is answered within 30 days at the latest. To delete your account directly, use the deletion option in account settings in the app or on the web client, or send a request by email without installing the app; the steps are on the account deletion page.
Fux is for users aged 18 and over. At sign-in, your explicit statement that you are 18 or over is recorded with the statement version and server time. For accounts that previously supplied a date of birth, that date is retained only for the age check; accounts belonging to someone under 18 cannot use the app.
